Making a house our home

Over the years, we have lived in several houses, both in the city and in the country, and with each house, we sought to make it our home, from an apartment, to a triplex, to a house, and even an RV! Our latest house to home project sits on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake! This lake is a place we have loved for many years and I’m truly excited to make this house our new home! Feel free to follow along for your entertainment, because, well, it will no doubt be that! Welcome to our 'flying by the seat of our pants’ way of life!

To more formally introduce myself, my name is Alicia. I’ve been married for over 27 years to Dan, my high school sweetheart (true story!). We have 3 great kids, two sons & a daughter. We also have a few pretty spoiled canine kids, Chloe, Hazel & Bea, and our beloved cat Leo.
